-
Non-Refundable Fees
All Travel Management Fees are non-refundable. -
Documentation
It is the client’s responsibility to have a valid passport, visa, and/or other travel documentation and to ensure they meet any and all health requirements for travel. Change of Length of Stay
Changes to the length of stay may result in changes to required travel documentation. -
Visa & Health Advice
Any visa or health advice provided to you by Wellness Travel depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Advice may change prior to your travel, and it is the client’s responsibility to verify requirements with the appropriate consular or government authorities. -
Visa Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas and travel permits. While Wellness Travel may provide general information or tools (such as Sherpa) to assist, final responsibility rests with the traveler to verify requirements directly with the relevant embassy or consular office. Travel Advisories & Entry Requirements
Clients are responsible for reviewing the most current government-issued travel advisories, entry requirements, and health information prior to departure. Wellness Travel provides information in good faith but is not liable for any changes, omissions, or inaccuracies in official requirements. -
